What’s your return policy?
Our items are custom and handmade. If you are unsatisfied with a product we will give a full refund minus shipping costs, if the item is returned undamaged. However we will do everything possible to resolve any issues before reaching that point. We take great pride in our work and stand by our products.
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
We ship to businesses and residences in the lower 48. No PO Boxes.
