Our Story
The Inception of Barrel Rocker begins in California with an idea by my cousin Will. “Hey Greg, check out this cooler I made out of a wine barrel!” I replied, “that’s awesome….I wonder if I could build a fire pit out of a barrel?” We proceeded from there to design and build a whole line of wine barrel products. We used them ourselves at first and eventually began selling to friends and family. As interest began to grow we started our own small business which took off right away. But sometimes life throws you a curve ball, and both our wives became pregnant with our first kids. We tried to keep things going while working full time jobs as well, but when my wife became pregnant with twin girls it was time to stop and focus on family.
A few years later we decided to move our family to the great state of Texas. Our kids were a little older and we were ready to take on the challenge of re-launching the barrel business as Barrel Rocker LLC. With the same hand made quality and a few new ideas we hope to make Barrel Rocker a great success and put a wine barrel fire table into everyone’s backyard.
